At Practical Wealth Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality financial education, consulting, and wealth-building strategies. This policy outlines our billing procedures and refund terms to ensure transparency and fairness in our transactions.



Billing Policy

Payment Terms
All services, including consultations, coaching sessions, and financial strategy programs, require payment upfront or as per the agreed-upon payment plan.
Payments are securely processed through our approved payment gateways, and invoices are provided upon request.

Subscription Services
If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription or membership, payments will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
Clients must provide updated payment information if their payment method changes.

Late Payments & Failed Transactions
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or other issues, we will attempt to process the payment again.
If payment is not received within 30 days, services may be paused or canceled until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Price Changes
Practical Wealth Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing for any services, programs, or subscriptions. Any changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

Refund Policy

Consulting & Coaching Services
Due to the time, effort, and resources involved in providing personalized financial guidance, refunds are not available for completed strategy sessions or coaching services.
If you need to reschedule a consultation, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without prior notice may be non-refundable.

Courses & Digital Products
Refund requests for digital products (e-books, webinars, courses) will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us for support before requesting a refund.

Subscription Cancellations
Clients can cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided.
To avoid future charges, cancellation requests must be made at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a service or course is discontinued by Practical Wealth Solutions, clients will be offered a pro-rated refund or alternative service.
